Amie’s passion for real estate began with her very own home search. Out of necessity, she learned to hone her vision for finding “diamonds in the rough” and transforming properties into gems. Then, putting them on the market. Amie has had a collection of over eleven homes that she has purchased, remodeled, then sold for her own investments.This experience is not specific to California as Amie has years of in depth knowledge and experience in the Hawaii residential market. Amie was born in Westwood, California and raised in the San Fernando Valley. She began her real estate career with Rodeo Realty almost 20 years ago. She has experience as an escrow officer and was a loan officer in Indian Wells, California. She currently holds an active California real estate brokers license and a state of Hawaii real estate brokers license. Amie is now a full time resident of the Coachella Valley and enjoys the many activities the desert has to offer.
