I was especially surprised when she offered to pick us up from our hotel and drive us to the different properties. This made everything a lot less stressful since I didn't have to worry about anything other than being ready. If there was a property I was interested in seeing, she was very quick to get us a viewing and made it possible for us to be one of the first (if not the first) to put in an offer which was very advantageous due to how competitive the market is.
